@ampollo: Ahhh less than 3 weeks until competition and I couldn’t be more excited😁😍 after my refeed I felt like I was holding ungodly amounts of water…I even considered doing extra HIIT…god forbid 2 cardio sessions a week😂😳 oh but would you look at that…after a couple days back on plan I’m tighter than before!💪 am I craving brownies and sushi again right now? Ok maybe more BBQ eel and rice but that’s about it! The refeed helped me not only physically, but put me in a good food mindset going into show✅ New goal is to stay in control post show and not eat everything in sight…booking a shoot a couple days after to help me stay in check😜 curious about refeeds?
